ok have found how to do it. also remembered to put that now i have 25mm spacers for the back and got overrated bumpers now. front end is all together now apart from motor but have not got any pics of it and am away from home for another 5 weeks or so.

I own a factory built corolla Sportivo 2001, there were only 110 made and it is said that only 100 made it here to Australia. I own number 69/110. My knowledge and skills around cars is about 90% as I still learn something everyday. I decided to join this forum as I am going to rebuild my engine and may need some advise form the experts. Hey guys Been lurking this forum as a visitor for a while now collecting various info and answers, and figured id make an account and share my KE70 build and some of the progress ive made so far. i am putting a blacktop 20v into my girlfriends csi seca its got a 4afe and i was wondering if the 6speed c160 fits into it without having to do structural work plus how easy is it to do :jamie:

Its a 94 Csi with cold air intake (Prob more of a hot air intake ATM) :thumbsup: , Cannon muffler, 5" Tacho, Pioneer HU, Alpine 700w monoblock amp, Clarion 12" 1000w sub 2 ohm in custom Ae-92 hatch box. Thats about it. The sound sys put out 132.7DB at the last USA day in launceston, and came 4th in its class. I broke a voice coil in my pioneer 12" 1000w 2ohm later that week, so now i have the clarion that i havn't had DB tested yet. heres my ae101 corolla. i brought the car with the 4age 20v silvertop already in it. when i got this it had the following. green&black stripes, body kit, ugly chromies, and stupid number plates. since then i too the stripes off. put the stock bumpers back on, put 14" alloys on and got new number plates. my future plans are to lower it all around get a nice set of black 16s. its just my daily atm and any positive feedback would be great to point me in the right direction.

I've spent most of my free time modifying my 4WDs the last couple of years but I decided it was time for a new project, a Khanacross Corolla. The goal is to just have something to work on and have some fun at the local rally club, plus it seems like Khanacross is a good entry point to get into motorsport. when i take out the airbox and all the un needed piping what has to be done with the wires that pluged into the side of the airbox. Also there is a strange black box on the top righthand side of the tubing with no wires or anything attached, can anybody tell me what that is? Thank you Steve

here is my AE71 that I bought running with a blacktop 20v running standard ecu, and running like shit with vacuum leaks and wiring issues, used it as a daily until I lost my license, (p plate fell down on good behaviour 😔 so I decided i would turn it into a drift car because I'll have a lot more fun on the track with it! Specs on how I got it, Weldy Chopped springs front and rear with kyb AGX shocks in the front with xt130 struts brakes and lcas And using dodgy coolant hoses going to the back of the engine with fwd cooling system Has a dizzy relocation to the front That's about all it had from the start!

Collected my latest machine from twentyeight today... given its brown and my girlfriend thinks it looks like crap, we have christened him Mr Hanky! just thought i might post a thread about my first car, its a white 1984 ae71 slanty, got an 4ac motor. it wont get too much done to it just getting it cleaned up and a black on white two tone. set of rims, lowered etc. its got a bit of rust in the normal ke spots: rear wheel guard and other small places. so heres some pics of when i got it...

So after selling my Stagea i needed a new daily driver.. I bought a 1978 Mazda 323 Bugeye needing minimal work. Did a few mods, Blew it up and then needed another daily while i fix it.. So i bought this! 1.6 Manual converted. 151000ks. Full nugget spec with total neglect, Weldy choppies etc shitbox I had it for about 2 days before hating it so broke out the spanners. Doing plugs discovered 3 different kinds of plug and burnt out points. Wound timing back to an acceptable level while i was there. Removed the weldy in favor of a 4.11 open diff and added some fresh shoes and wheel cylinders. While i was there i added an AJPS adjustable panhard bar i got…

Hey thought I'd start a thread for my newest Rolla which I picked up a few weeks ago off a young chick around the corner from mine. Basically its a 1983 AE71 CS Corolla auto. I am the third owner and it has done 187,000km. Bronze in colour, with gold pinstripes. Really good paint, some of it has been resprayed in the past. Pretty straight body, small dent in bonnet just with the usual rust in the rear. Interior is overrated condition tan vinyl/wool, pretty comfy and the seats are alot more supportive than the KE20 and KE30 seats I'm used to. Of course being and AE71 it has the 4AC 1.6-litre which has alot more poke than a K engine, and the auto just makes it p…
