Hey all! I picked up a really decent RT40 corona last week... Haven't cleaned it yet but check it out! The trusty 2R and toyoglide have travelled just 38000 miles from new, it has no rust at all, amazing chrome (no dents whatsoever), very very good trim, door trims and seats are in great nick, carpet is good except a little worn where your spare foot sits, dash and steering wheel are fantastic, dash pad has a crack though, body is very straight, just has small dent on the top of the LH rear quarter (1/3 of the size of an egg) and unfortunately has a bit of a scrape on the LH side also (damn old people), it has the original service book and owners manual still in plastic …

Hi Peoples, So I've been building my KE70 for AGES and I finally got sick of it. I HATE bodywork so I've scrapped my old KE70 and here I stand. My all new South African TE71 with Rego just gotta get a roadworthy and change of name then in goes the 4AGE. From the outside she's just your plain old slanty front KE70 except with short bumpers and no black strip between the tailights. Inside and underneath it all its gets very exciting!!! How about some CRAZY South African seats!!! Annnndddddd!!!! A 2T!!! This thing goes pretty darn good and its only a 3 speed auto! here is my 1978 corolla ke36. have owned it for almost 2 years now. got it off a second owner who had not had it long. has only done 60,000km... have worked 5k with twim 40mm side draughts still waiting to be put in as i have almost finished putting it back together after a fresh paint job. only things i have done is lower it 2" all round and rims. here is a few pics before i sent it off to get re painted. will add more photos once i figure out how to get more on at once...??

Hey All! Picked this little '71 SE KE20 up the other week, had a bit of a biff in the LH 1/4 but i got most of it out wthout damaging the paint, gave her a buff, painted all the garnishes 2 pack grey and 2 pack cleared the lamps, lowered her and love it to bits!!! Here's a couple of pics... Just one of when i first got it and one of it lowered, buffed and with some dents pushed out :) and one of the dent in the 1/4 before and after... Still gotta clean up the trim as it's very grimey. She's a 2 speed like the corona and staying that way! I LOVE 71S!!!

Hey Guys, Got told by some friends to join up to this site if I'm looking for help or parts etc. Here is my KE70. When I got it, the previous owner had done all the rust repairs and sanded it back ready for paint. I also got a set of 13" hotwires and a Blacktop 20 valve with the car. WIN! Cause I was on a time fame to have it on the road, the best colour to cover everything was a bit of Spray can Satin Black :P Two coats over the whole car and still looks good now (12 months later) The hotwires had brown centres so sanded them back and they also got the satin black treatment After a little bit I got bored of just black, so I did a 2 tone effect …

I picked this oldie up back in March this year and has been in the garage ever since :-) This particular car I have got my hands on was featured in a Book Called �CARS� by Stephen Bayley in 2009. The car has been stored in a garage at the parents house of the middle aged gentleman I purchased it off since 1995. It only came out in 2009 when it was taken for its photo shoot. Unfortunately like any old Toyota its suffering from a bit of neglect and tin worm and is in need of a restoration. After spending nearly 16 years in a garage has helped it survive.

I bought this car off of ebay not so long ago to have as a project car.. i have been following other peoples threads such as 67rollas and davros ke10 (nice work btw guys) and now I'm gona start my own. Hey guys, been a member and corolla lover (sometimes inappropriately) for some years, and ive had a many corolla rides and small projects. But this is my first KE, bought off GJM85 from here. Plans are, clean it up a little, treat the rust spots, Rego, then slowly do some small mods when finances permits me. Bit more power from the 4K would be nice, extractors and 2" exhaust to start with. But the thing i really want, is a nice set of wheels. hey guys, just got my first rolla! don't know too much about them but am trying to learn very quickly. Hope the pic works! Brought it for $450, engines siezed but have sourced one out from a member on here brother, have manual conversion there but i think i just need the pedal box! My plan is to get the new engine in, possibly respray it all matt black as a dodgy job or the original blue with red pinstripe as i quite like the colour, get it roadworthied and regoed, then start planning to put in a 4agze and start D-rifting! Soooo i'm back in another ke20. Most of you know this car already. engine; Head slightly ported and polished, lumpy cam, extractors, lightened flywheel, new valves, springs, pistons. pretty much everything was freshened up, the effort gone into the engine is awesome and it shows when driven. since getting it i have had another muffler installed as it was way to loud, lowered it and as of today had whitewalls put on. interior is pretty much overrated bar the drivers seat, and it seems the carby is on its way out. looking to go some sought of weber or something to get that extra bit of power its lacking. any advice would be fantastic.

Well I have myself a project. I bought this car with alot of half assed jobs done to it so now I'm going through and fixing everything and making it into what will be a great car 4wd. Orgininally I believe it was a LWB soft top, now chopped to a ute. This is pretty much how I bought it. The poor effort of 3/4 elliptical setup, this is being cut off and back to standard leafs. Very poor welding and the springs drooped till they were sitting on the old mounts anyway. May try and do this setup again at a later stage with a bit more engineering in it. hey names sam I'm 19 and live in Adelaide aways loved me kexx's and now I'm kinda over ke70s and i thought id buy a ke30, bought it off a mate for $150 drove it around for a few weeks untill i blew the diff and then realized the head is also cracked as well so now iv taken out the motor and gear box, was thinking of putting a sr or ca in it but i thought id be different and go a 5L out of a vn or a 350 chev or something and before you ask no this isnt going to be a street car purely a track car but it may go on a few cruises :P so far all iv done is take out the motor started sanding and flared the guards, will be updating weekly , thanks for looking!

This is my new baby. He's a 1975 ke36 got around 380,000ks on the clock and isn't coming along too bad. Has a 4k with a k40 manual and fairly standard driveline. Put a new battery, the firehawks and hotwires on it as well as changing the locked diff to a standard borgy last weekend. It's history past 12 months ago is a bit sketchy, all we've been able to figure past that is the remnants of signwriting from a panelbeater's in Toowoomba on the doors. picked this up a couple weeks ago, pretty happy specs: 4age BP striped locker cut springs ma61's with semi slicks up front and superlites on the rear luishi steering wheel plans: running a lil ruff past 4000rpm so gonna sort that out? any suggestions on what it could be would be great! flat front conversion exhaust better suspension half cage paint go to a track day :D

'75 KE30 The day i bought it Our first day at work Lets see so far the specs on it are Extractors 2" exhaust rear louvres and two speed auto (slow and slower) Plans for it after we come back from Wagga are swapping out the auto for either the trimatic from a '55 or a 5 speed manual. well i sold my ke30 during the week and went and bought this the plan is to have a go at drifting and in my opinion this is a great car to learn in as the body isnt the best and it can't be regoed so it doesnt matter if i dent it :laff: the best part about it is it's already set up for sliding with the suspention consisting of ae86 front struts, new shocks and vl springs, ae86 vented disks and calipers with braided lines and corona control arms. whilst the rear end has new boge turbo rear shocks and falcon springs making the car stiff as f**k the drive train is pretty much done with the exeption of a cracked piston ring which is as simple as a rebuild to fix s…
