New rolla to the collection. Picked it up for $700 with a RWC, new tyres, clean interior. crack free dash. 212kays on clock. Drives ok, sluggish compared to the other 4k i got so that will go in soon. Have just Put the 15x7 mesh on front, and 15x7.5 on rear. installed CD player, front speakers. cleaned inside. Changed spark leads to 8mm ones, GT40 coil. Next is attack the rust over wheel arches and flare them out as when i lower it its going to be pretty close to scrubbing. Hi there, I'm Ben. People call me silly because I sold my yamaha R1 to get a KE20 2 door a fortnight ago. Lol. I have since brought a KE70 and 2 KE55 coupes (that I have now stripped). One of the KE55's my missus has claimed (the one in the backround of my photo), and I'm in the process of getting it registered. My mate bludger got me interested in these things. Hi all, I have a 1989 F reg AE92 GTi-16 with the tvis 4age. I'm 14 and the engine is coming out in a month for an overhaul that I'll be doing myself at home to get some of the horses back. Its done 81k miles and I have purchased a TRD 20% uprated Heavy-Duty Clutch, Ashley Exhaust System and a GREEN Power-Flow Twin Cone air-filter, which will all hopefully get me to 140BHP There is a lot of rust on the offside front arch and the nearside rear arch and on the struts inside the car, but I will be getting it sorted soon and will then have it resprayed in white. At the moment it is sort of an ongoing daily project. Hi guys love your forum thought id beta post my project up after haven a long look at most of the rides here. Basicaly i bought this 75 ke 30 2 weeks back I'm in melbourne i picked it up with 2 months rego its 4k 4spd manual 4 door and needs work in last 2 weeks i have serviced everything when i got it the brakes didnt work until you pumped about 3-4 times now there fine. had more oil under the car then in the motor and had more dirt and crap in it then u can imagin. all i need is a windscreen now and I'm done can get my roadworthy certficate only problem is the windscreen joint found me a new windscreen but can't find me a seal :jamie: any ideas????

Hi all, saw this on ebay 30 minutes after the auction started and after a very quick call to the seller I hit the “buy it now” button and she was mine. She’s a 1970 KE17 Sprinter, owned by only two owners for the last 20 years. In the 7 years the most recent previous owner had it it’s been almost completely restored, with a bare metal respray and completely retrimmed interior. It has KE20 disc brake front end and KE20 full height seats which have be re-upholstered to suit the rest of the interior. Unfortunately the paint prep wasn’t the best, and there’s a few bubbles/humidity blisters coming through. The doors and guards have been pretty extensively repaired so …

82 ke70 life story: it cost me 2 cartons of beer and was sitting in a padoc for a year, it was previously used as a bush basher but they obviosuly didnt give it a reall hard time, it still had a radator full of fluid and sump full of oil. got it going for a while but the fule pump was rooted and the tank was full of rust anyway, so we found a mitsubishi magna with a in tank pump and straped the tank in the boot and hooked up the lines. then the next drama, the roof was wobbling like shit, so we put some strapping over top which didnt help. so in the end we just screwed the roof to the roll cage. the roof supports iscracked in places and still makes a *** loud ra…

I'm working on my dash. I wanted some thing LIKE this just were the small gages are. this is what i had and wanted the gages to face me more eg on an angle. so what I'm going to do is cut some pool pipe 560mm that the gages fit very sung in. wile i was going to do this i thought i would fix my first cup i made. so i cut the pipe at an angle (i just guessed the angle i needed) and all 3 in there started glassing.. i just put a little hot glue to hold the cups.. and i decided that the gages should be spreed out more rather than bunched up. i added the plastic i cut off the end to the middle bits to make it stronger. and made shore the gages lo…

Thought I'd better start a new topic instead of posting too many times in the KE2* Members thread. So here's the new rolla. I always wanted a te27 and will have one some day :dance: but thought this might make a neat replica in the meantime. Genuine 50 something thousand miles on the clock. Have the books showing original delivery date and owner's details. Services at 1000 miles, 6000, 12,000, 30,000, etc. Funny to see the books and read the service dates- all long before I was born. :blush: Photos speak for themselves I spose.

This is my beast.. an AE82 4AC. Its not really worth lookin at, unless ya go for pussbuckets. I thought id post it up as I'm new to these parts. Besides, it looks shockin now, but it'll get there eventually. The idea is to leave it as a 4AC, and try and squeeze as much out of the N/A as i can while keepin it reliable. I'm mostly interested in concentrating on everything else. As long as it looks respectable, and goes relativley hard, then I'm happy. I painted the front end black to try the colour. Hey guys, since i got to brisbane (recently moved here from darwin NT) ive been looking to fill the void that is not owning a rolla... On the lookout, good old rolla club delivered. Picked up this rolla the other day and the white one for spares the one with flames and the 5k in it needs some work, it had some serious noises inside the head when i went to look at it. This is my daily, its a 1983 ke70, Its got a rust & dent free body, & Has been resprayed in a metallic Green with flake, Its a home job, It isnt the best job but keeps it looking clean. My plans are to tidy it up, Change it from auto to manual, & Later work the 4k. but right now its just a Reliable daily. Although i do have a few plans for it.

Just thought I would intro the Family. The youngest 2008 Aurion Sportivo SX6 The 80mod T18 you've meet, getting ready for paint this week and then for sale. The newest addition 79mod KE38 Wagon one owner deceased estate. 97000 klms all service books upto date. $1200. This little KE 38 is a ripper should be registered by Friday. Nothing to do to it. Even the original radio and tape deck still work fine. A wash and polish wouldn't go a stray though. The collection is growing! Loosing the roo bar!
