Well, i finally sold the MS65 crown that i had (the green one on the wisemans radrollaz cruise) and reduced my car count to 3. I could have that so I've bought 2 60's crown utes. One has got a decent body (well i find that out for sure when i pick it up) but not much else and the other is running, has full trim (which is in resonable condition) and everything else but also comes with a massive rust hole. I'm hoping i can make one decent ute out of 2. Plans at the moment include: Brakes that actually stop, i don't know how so many people lived thru the sixties knowing me, probably a fair few suspension mods. Hey everyone just got this corolla Wagon for $500. I reckon its pretty good, nice body, and it goes good. I am putting a set of wheels on it with some sticky yokohama advans. Will also be doing a custom twin front shock set up which works awesome, and it should go around like its on rails. also will be lowering the front and rear so it looks good but still steers well As for the engine probaly will build up a 4k, or put a 18RG with twin carbys on it. but fuel isn't getting cheaper.

hey guys. young bloke in town drives (well used to) a 1977 KE35 coupe, which blew a head gasket a few weeks back. i had been asking him about it for a while, and once the gasket blew he called me up and asked me if i wanted it. is $500 too much for it? its a manual running a 3k, paint is almost perfect, and from what i can gather the only spot of rust is just under the fuel cap. what does everyone think? also engine parts arent an issue if i need them, as i have 2 3k's and 2 4k's at my disposal.

Purchased this little gem from a fellow Rollaclub member in WA. Its all original and looks to have traveled about 120,000miles. Paint is all original and it still has the original K 1100 motor in it. Seats are already at the trimmer to get repaired ( bottom of the front seats and top of the rear seat ), will give it the big detail this Sunday and then down to the panel shop Monday to have the dent in the boot and rust in the right front guard done. Will update pics and work gets completed.

Hey everyone! I'm buying a AE82 Corolla this week... it's got a few mods, and it doesn't look too bad, but I'd like to do more to it. Hey guys picked this up a few months back was in some guys back yard for about 4-5 yrs haha didn't have keys when I bought it, had a 3t an t50 the 3t was absolutely f@#ked, got it home ripped the motor out rebuilt it an still didn't like it so out she came clean/painted the engine bay and converted it from box steering to rack an pinion, an installed ae71 running gear but auto for now :(

Okay so I bought a 3.8 v6 with computer and loom for the rolla at the start of February. :dance: So plans for it so far are as follows: Probably a welded diff under it, until i find a reasonably cheap alternative. (won't be road registered) Seam weld areas under most stress. Might have a crack at making up some bracing for front end, behind front guards. Take interia out except for front seats until I get sone racing seats and harnesses. Most likely have to shorten the tailshaft. G'day guys, i have had a KE55 project for about a year now, lost intrest and is still sitting in the backyard. Seen a chick driving a KE30 around for a few months and always wanted to ask her about if she'd ever sell it, but couldn't get into contact with her. Then my girlfriend told me that she knew the girl. So my girlfriend gave me the ke30 chicks number, So i messaged her. Looked at the car the next day and bought the car the day after. I am about to get stuck into my Suzota build, or since I'm on the Toyota site should that be a Toyzuki????????? This is a project I though of doing a lot of years ago & just never got around to it. I have a LWB Suzuki Sierra chassis & drive lines & I am about to put a Corolla station wagon onto it. :D It will be an Individually Constructed Vehicle for rego purposes which means about 2k in Engineering fees but ya get that. 1.6 Engine & Auto will be donated from a Vitara (so far), unless you lads can think of a Viable yota alternative, still open to suggestions on that. well my KE25 is getting close to rego so I figure I should start a thread. I bought this KE25 about 15 months ago from a mate who had crashed it into the back of a hilux. Hey There People I'm new here. Just thought i'd tell you of my project i'm undertaking. I have sucessfully fitted a 4-AC backed with a T-50 gearbox, custom tailshaft, shortened shifter into my KE55 corolla that has a partially completed KE30 exterior. I like to call it my AE35 cos the running gear is out of an AE86 Aus-spec. I still have to mod the clutch pedal to suit the hydraulic system and source a few connectors off an AE82 for the temp sensor, oil light and i also have to relocate the coil as it sits on the wrong side of the engine bay. Only problem i do have at the moment is i can only get the car to start by jumping a wire on the starter motor …

I've put a worked 253 holden v8 in with a shortened 336 commodore diff and commodore struts with kinga discs and running 18x8 custom wheels. Hey all, i bought this KE20 from a local forum member, I intend to restore it back to as close to original as possible. I repaired some rust and panel damage in the engine bay and have painted it D3 Bamboo, i sourced a stock 3k and toyoglide etc, good radiator and stock exhaust. Everything has been installed back in the engine bay as close as i can remember to where it would have originally been. I found a bonnet and guard from another forum member and now have the car on the road. It drives awesome and is even better on fuel. I will need to rebuild the brakes soon. I have enough paint to do the entire car and i plan to gradually prep it panel for panel as i drive it…

hey guys, picked up this ke26 on wednesday night, had been looking for another one for awhile to go with the panelvan I'm building. put the bits from my other car that is now sold onto it, gave it a quick cleanup etc and thought i'd take some pics. the thing is original as, interior is basically spotless apart from the front seats which have a little bit of tearing. the dash is overrated, roof lining is perfect. the first owner was an old dude who always had the rear seat folded down as he always had his dog in it so the rear seat is like new (the car reeks of dog now however lol). its just a standard 3K/4 speed affair, nothing to flashy, but it drives well. needs a few …

I killed my old (worked 3T-c 5sp, LSD... tidy) KE36 by rolling it in the forest. Was a sad, sad day. sob I wanted another KE36... ...and I found another one. Its a bit ratty, but IMPORTANTLY... everything is straight. The 3k Bigport is knackered, and was gonna be replaced by a ?T-g. For now, its getting a kinda-fresh 4K. It'll be daily driver/weekend warrior for uni next year. I am more into Handling and Stopping than BHP. As a result I have learnt HOW to get the most of these cars, and use the small amount of BHP that K engines have... Momentum, braking late, and hurling a KE at corners!! Well, went out and bought another rocket today. We've sealed the deal, and picking it up from Ballarat on Tuesday. :) It's a 1986 MX73 Cressida with a 5M-GE (with Extractors :D ) and 4-speed Auto. Green in colour, has full electrics (including Sunroof), Velour interior, P/S, A/C, Power Windows and Mirrors, the works. This will be a little project to make it a daily for when I get my P's.
