Been lurking on this forum for quite a while. About time I posted some pics of the stuff I've been hoarding over the years! Sorry for the crumby pic, its a gloomy day up here in FNQ. On right is where it all started - my trusty 1988 AE82 cs sedan. Its been in the family since new, I've driven it for 10 years and it still looks pretty much brand new. I've upgraded it with a few bits off wrecked cs-x models, such as tacho, clock, centre console and wheels. It also has the speaker pods off a vs commodore grafted to the front doors. Hey all, I recently just got a AE71 Spirit. It has a modplated 4age, t50 gearbox, 2.5inch exhaust (no extractors tho) lowered all round on king springs with a full set of Watanabe's (black 15's with polished lip) The interior is pretty good exept it has no carpet and the drivers seats is a little uncomfortable. also has a sunroof the front end is pretty dodgy (rust & damage) but i plan to replace all guards and lights ect ect. and the rear guards have rust and a lil bit dented. but i plan on getting the rear fixed up. Was thinking bout getting a new shell but i do like the sunroof and is a fair bit of work changing everything over. ill keep everyone posted on…

well iam o here doing a ride thread on my VE valiant which back in 08 and was rego'd but due to many bills back then i could not afford to keep the it rego'd and so it came off the road only to fix her back up and get it to pass roady which it did about 2 months ago, But the paint was really faded and so it decided i was into the light blue with the white roof contrast, So i decided it was time to freshen up the paint i repainted the white roof and keep the two tone it had i just changed the blue colour to a darker blue OCEAN blue and looks awsome. Hi all, Well after completely blowing the budget on 67Rolla (over $13K...and still going) I've got myself a KE20 with some front end damage that I hope to have on the road for less than $1k. The car cost me $400 without a motor (thanks Chris :jamie: ), but just picked up a 3k for $150 (thanks Callum :lol: ). So budget is looking good so far. I'll be putting 13" rims on her as 12" tires cost a fortune. So $260 for new tires. The car came with all the bits to put the front end back together. Hey guys, this is my AE92 corolla. Had it for about a year or just over now. Its a real beast, never had any major mechanical problems with it at all. Stocko engine. Also am keen on lowering it but not sure how i should go about it. any susggestions? coilovers? king springs etc?

Car is all original I bought it off a old asian lady, its got its minor imperfections but its pretty damb clean for a 29year old car. I bought it with 114k's on the clock its got 126 now, never owned a corolla before iv had geminis, vls n chevs so I'm not sure what to do with it, only thing iv done it put some white walls on it n ill prob put a set of venetions on soon to, any feed back or suggestions welcome...Steve.

Finally started to strip back my ke10 and start with a fresh paint job I'm going to paint the car off white or white off a madza6 ( bit of pearl) leaving the standard wheels but going to drop the front and rear to get her sitting low...

This summer a buddy and me were going to the North Cape, a story you can read here. In short, I sent my white '82 KE70 off the road 150 miles down the trip and bought another '82 KE70 the same day. In two months I've put 5k miles on it and it's worked like a charm. Prior to the unintended offroading with the white car I was going to tear it down and build it up like a pre-facelift with JDM front lights, chrome bumpers and more. Right now I don't know exactly what's going to happen, but the beige '82 is a far better base than the white '82. Future plans and specs ; 20B Engine on Methanol Liberty Clutchless 5 speed Single Garret Turbo 9'' rear with strange centre (undecided on 4 link or ladder bar) lexan windows and respray 28'' x 9'' slicks I will be getting help from scotty no doubt along the way with his generous services, GCG Turbos, Godzilla Motorsport, Justin, Direct Clucth and PWR. Alright this is my new project. Bought it a couple of months ago. its a 1974 ke26 wagon (aka the wagooose) Its white and black... SO far i have done *full service *new heater hoses *new water pump *new radiator and thermostat *thermo fan *front brakes upgraded to rotor's and calipers *new calipers, rotors, pads and brake hoses *new wheel bearings in the front *new rear drums and shoes *new semi-sealed headlights *re-painted and retrimed boot section *all seats freshly re-upholstered *new carpet THINGS TO COME *drop it 3inchs all round *upgrade to a 4k with mild cam, extractors, weber etc etc *chuck in a sterio (maybe just use a ghetto blaster)…

A few people already know, but I guess I should let the rest of the world know too :jamie: Just over a month ago, I made a snap-decision purchase to bid on this KE36 Panel Van on eBay and happened to have won it, so off I went on a 37 hour journey (with little sleep) to Melbourne to pickup this little gem. This is how it stands now: The front guards and apron are all dented up, so I've sourced some rust free panels and will be fitting them up and giving it a lick of paint and then it should be all systems go to get it ID checked and on the road.
