howz everyone going??? About a month ago i bought my first corolla, it's alittle less then average as i will describe to you. The biggest problem with it is the rust i have pictures and will post them. The couple of mechanical things wrong with it is the clutch slave cylinder, when it is cold in second it looks like i am bunny hopping but only alittle bit, because the clutch isn't engaging properly. I also just replaced the fuel tank the old one had a crack in it and petrol is to expensive to be droping on the ground everywhere. It also needs the timing done... Hey Everyone I thought it was about time to introduced my new cars. I have brought 2 KE70 slant fronts, Some of you would of seen this car as it was for sale on here a while ago. I would like to say now, this car has been flogged... but the body is pretty good (So thats what i am going to base the project on). I will not be using any of the original running gear in this car. The other one (Blue one) has already has got the AE71 Crossmembers, Pedal Box, T50 gearbox, and a 4A-C

New rolla to the collection. Picked it up for $700 with a RWC, new tyres, clean interior. crack free dash. 212kays on clock. Drives ok, sluggish compared to the other 4k i got so that will go in soon. Have just Put the 15x7 mesh on front, and 15x7.5 on rear. installed CD player, front speakers. cleaned inside. Changed spark leads to 8mm ones, GT40 coil. Next is attack the rust over wheel arches and flare them out as when i lower it its going to be pretty close to scrubbing. this is how I found the poor thing here is the 1200cc powerhouse since these were taken the car is out of the weeds. I have test fitted some 13x7 wheels and they will clear nicely. Ebay has graciously provided new brakes (ouch my wallet hurts) I have a nice Hyundai rear spoiler (re-commissioned as an airdam) thanks to U-pull-it (although I may go a different way). A friend is donating various Ford parts to make the car turn (cough swaybar cough). I think I have found some slicks for it on E-bay so it'll stick too. Hi all, I'm a long time lurker short time member. I got addicted to Corollas over 10 years ago when a mate at Uni had a green KE10 with a 4K in it. We once lapped it around Mt Panorama to charge it after I helped him out with a jumpstart. i brought the car off an old lady, its done 289000km, its an auto and its way too high. lol its pretty straight an doesnt have that much rust (only in the boot but I'm getting it all cut out. i started off by buying a donor car which came wiv a 5 speed gb and a spare motor for me too play wiv. i converted the auto to a manual with the help of baggus which took is 6 hours. its still got the auto diff gears in at the moment but i don't no if ill change them or not, still thinking we took it on a cruise that nite too c if there was any problems but it was all good. afta a while of drivin around we desided to lower it. it is on cutties but don't go moanin at me cos its …

I used to get about in a 3TGTE powered (and then 4AGTE) TE72 way back when, which I busted up when the tailshaft snapped at speed. I saved the driveline out of the car, and went in search of an AE71 panelvan, specifically because it was significantly lighter than the sedan, and didn't have to worry about a back seat for the eventual plans to fit a rollcage. hey guys picked up my new rolla today after recently moving to NSW from SA. gone down a different track this time and got me a ae71. it has not a speck of rust on the whole car, not any where, paint is perfect too, shiny and white !!! interior perfect too, I'm the 2nd owner of the beast. has full service history and books, and done just over 200000km. csx model obviously with working aircon. only down side is clutch is pretty gone but with the motor coming out its not really a worry. so any way keep an eye out for this one .... got some big plans cheers matt

I decided to buy my Girlfriend, Amber, a car. She had always talked about her dad owning an AE82 Corolla Seca when she was little that he called the BLAT. I thought it would be nice to get her a Corolla the same model as the BLAT she loved so much... I found this one on gumtree, It was located in Mt.Bryan. Me and my brother went for a cruise down there in the Celica, It was a lovely drive =P Anywho, When we arrived we checked it out and made sure it was a good runner. New Dash Pad and tidy up interior 3. New tires, whitewalls with KE25 hubbies 4. Chuck on my extractors and twin solex 5. New Brakes and lowered springs 6. It has a 4k with a upgrade camshaft (unknowen) holley carb with new rings and all tuned up, with a 2.5" system with tuned extractors and a 4" tip :P Very Loud ;) Has new carpet and NOS front seat covers (just wanted blue) witha custom back one made up. Originally the Easy Rolla was going to be used as a motokhana car for me & my son however situations change and it now looks like being my daily driver. This has resulted in a need to rethink the whole direction of the car and a new plan has been born. Engine wise its basically a stock 3K with extractors & a cam and thats the way it will stay for a while. But seeing as I live 70kms from it and never get time to do anything on it i figured Id show you all where I'm up too... Recently sold my car trailer and have replaced it with this 1981 model Toyoace truck. Its only done 97,000, no rust and a very healthy 5R 2.0 motor. I'm going to make a new back for it with some ramps and an electric winch to pull the car on. Will be purpose built for KE Corollas. Looking for some original hubcaps and some other little bits so if you know where one is let me know!

I found it on eBay with the seller advertising it as a 4age motor for sale. I contacted the seller for more info. After all questions were answered i came to the conclusion that the item for sale was infact an AE71 with a JDM Bigport 4age engine in it which was just out of rego and required minor pink slip. hey guys and gals, thought i would introduce my car to the forum.. some specs: engine: it did have a 4age in it. it has a 4agze now that i've almost finished converting. just a few wiring gremlins but other than that its basically done. it did have a rebuilt motor as i spun number 1 big end. luckily for me it wasn't damaged too bad so i got it all machined up, head rebuilt etc. unfortunately i used an ACL head gasket and not even 10 000km's later it split. so i ordered me a genuine head gasket and some ARP head studs.then about 9 months later i got bored of the bigport and decided to get an ae101 halfcut. gearbox: e58 LSD with Exedy heavy duty clutch. mac…

Unsure of build date, haven't had much time to look at it yet! Got the ke10, a ke11 and a load of parts on the weekend. It's a rolling shell that came without an engine and gearbox, and, as far as I know, everything else is there. It just needs to be put together. So the plans are: - Give it a good wash - Get a rubber kit for it and put the windows in it as soon as possible, to stop it becoming waterlogged. - Whack everything else back in it! :bash: Planning on putting an uprighted 4K, downdraft webbers and a t50 in it. Well... I've bought myself a Ke35 Coupe. It's an auto. I've decided to make my own thread because I felt like I was Hi-Jacking Josh's Van thread. Plans: So far, to get it started and running, then Cut & Polish, and park it in the backyard. So far I don't have any plans, I still need to check the car inside out. The car has an Immaculate "Grandma Spec" Cream Vinyl Interior with 45,000kms on the clock. The car appears to be RUST FREE all round (that we know of). hi guys, bought myself a fairly tidy ke20 with a t50 4age conversion. has rust in the usual places but nothing too serious running stock brakes and diff. have decided that i want the project to be a little more ballzy than the 4age so am going to put a ca18det in instead, due to the stronger gearbox, easy power upgrades and cost and ease of finding parts. have the car stripped right back at the moment doing bodywork ready for a respray. will be converting to ae86 coilovers in the front with and a shortened r31 diff up back. going to keep the interior as stock as possible .
