I bought the car pretty much as it is now only less most of the interior and a butt load of wiring issues, so when i got it i had to wire up all new lights, wipers, guages, dash cluster, tacho and speedo. I also had to replace all the plastic parts of the dash as they were in a pretty bad way!! Two new front seats new tyres and a very helpful roady guy later and it now registered!! Most of you already know my little red KE 18 wagon, it did run a 7K efi engine but i've decided to go back to an original 3K. The 3K i'm using is the old engine out of my KE17 Sprinter. It was originally purchased 12 years ago as a low km Jap import motor, i removed and shaved the head and fitted a mild cam. When the head was removed i noticed the engine was very very clean a real low km Jap import motor, back when you could get them. Already got one quick 7K didn't need a second, just incase you were wondering why i decided to go back to the 3K.

Hey Rolla heads So I just bought this 74 wagon and pulled it out of a field in the middle of no where. The body is very straight with very little rust (I was shocked) The interior is an absolute mess and looks like a bomb has hit it. Whoever bolted the brake booster to the firewall bolted it straight through the wiring loom and fried everything. The whole car needs to be rewired. The engine has bigger Pistons, valves, springs, lumpy cam, crank, ect ect I found all the receipts from the build in the car. Engine doesn't run thought :( I think it was a bit of a backyard build. Hey everyone, My first post on this forum. Enjoy my story 8/. In August 2007 I bought an AE101 halfcut from NSW, $1750 shipped to Vic. The 4AGE in the cut failed compression tests, so the guy threw in an extra 4AGE and box. My first automotive purchase, I was pretty proud of myself :). Hey Hey, Well i finally got my Ke10 home today. 1st things 1st, RUST has a bit but luckily my uncle is Welder by trade and has a MIG and TIG setup at his joint so it doesn't worry me to much. No chassis rust just panels and front sills. No rust around the fuel filler which is good. Some parts are missing but most of the main parts are there. Des :bash:

Not posting to show off, but posting to share. Recently had the great opportunity to purchase this car with less than 22k original miles. Still has the 1975 registration year decal on the plate, which I've since moved and covered in the front, to allow me to place the new registration decal on the rear plate. Also, comes with original tools, tool pouch, jack, jack tools, and best of all...the owner's manual! LOL Comes stock as stock can be, down to the original unblemished hubcaps. Well since i have some spare time i thought i would make thread for at least one of my cars and my daily being the one i don't have to go into much detail with :y: Anyway i managed to pick up my 1984 AE71 Corolla in November 2006.. I found it on eBay with the seller advertising it as a 4age motor for sale. I contacted the seller for more info. After all questions were answered i came to the conclusion that the item for sale was infact an AE71 with a JDM Bigport 4age engine in it which was just out of rego and required minor pink slip. hi all, just pick up my new ke20. just sold the first one i had as it was a one owner car and wayyy to clean to cut up. here is the thing i love ke20's and love rotaries so I'm going to combined the two together to build my dream car. i have spoken to a number of people who engineer cars and they are happy to pass the car with a 12a turbo set up as long as the brakes/suspension and a few other safety requirements are met. i do want a street car but something that i can race as well. apart from free riding riding stand up jet skis professionally i really enjoy a good night at the drags. i will keep you all posted with pics threw out the build but here is t…

after dickin around with a vl turbo that i was gona use to tow my ca18 ae71 for the past few months iv decided its not worth it anymore and bought myself this new beast... gold ke70 sedan stock as a rock 4k auto with overrated interior. the paint isnt to bad and it has NO rust in guards but had rust in the bonnet and behind the rear wheels and along the body below the boot. this is how i bought it... so i figured seeing as the ca18 rolla wont be seeing the track til next year id rip out the suspension and fit it to the ke along with the wheels which JUST fit on the rear with a light guard roll... this weekend I'm fixing all the rust and then il get a roadwort…

Its a 1982 Corolla CS and Has Extremely Low Kilometres Log Books and everything The interior is very clean except for the back seat which has a few tears UPDATE***** i just took off the old sheepskins, and underneath the seats look brand new!! *** Car has some surface rust but its fixable The engine is a 4K, with an Auto Box I am hoping for a conversion, but we'll see and the rear bar needs to be pop back to be straight again

Hi Everyone, was sent a link to the forum from a friend and thought i'd sign up, say hello and post up my ride. Below is where the car stands today..... it appears that the dyno operator backed off since there was a good 20km/h left in 4th and thoughts are it would have cracked 250kw (337HP) maybe 255kw (344HP) @ wheels but because this was in a dyno comp and that was my 2nd run i couldnt get any more runs :) oh well .... its only a figure .... lol i'll post up some pics on how the ride came together at a more sane time of the day. lol Short clip on the dyno - 1 min Full clip on the dyno - 4 min

I acquired this MS85 Crown a few weeks back and plan to get it on the road and enjoy it. Here are some pics that were supplied before I looked at it - Since I got it I have managed to get it running. G'day all, I've recently brought a ke55 rolling shell off another rollaclub member, the shells in great nik, has a small rust spot on the back left door and a 1cm rust spot in the boot seal, easy fix :yes: it has abit of crash damage to the right hand rear quarter panel which the previous owner fixed up abit, so apart from that the bodies in awsome condition :) the plans for the car: well I'm gonna start by fixing the rust spots and start looking for front quarter panels which i hope maybe someone knows of someone selling them? plus i'll need a front end such as the lights which i wanna get from a ke30- the circle ones, grill, front and back bumpers bonet etc…
