Hey guys I'm sure this has been asked lots but what diffs do people use in a ke70 wagon it currently has a t40 but i will be converting it to a t50 for the obvious 5 speed any help appreciated :)

hey lads heres my project, bought for a measly amount off a mate who had it garaged for 5years, i had sold my last perfect 35 and wanted another that i could molest a little instead of keeping it bog standard. Its about time that I put my Little daily in the rides section. Its a 1987 AE82 Twincam seca. Engine: stock bigport mods: pod filter, 2 1/2" exhaust from the cat back with a 4" dump pipe (man its loud!), Kings superlow springs (soon to be upgraded to pedders), stereo to try and drain out the exhaust noise :)

Hey everyone been lurkin on the forums for a while now and decided to start a build thread for my ke55. The plans are pretty simple; Sand it back and fix all the rust and total open door respray (not certain on what colour yet, any ideas?) Worked 4k/5k. Specs will be, Knife edge crank, bored 60thou, 12.8 to 1 compresion ratio, custom grind cam, smallport head, (they make more power) 350 holley, custom made extractors with 2'' straight through with a spintek muffler and a lightened fly wheel. This past week I purchased a cheap daily driver that would cost as little as possible to put on the road. Little did I know that I would end up deciding to keep this car long term. Hey all thought I would introduce my self since I have been lurking on here for a few days So I'm building a 1984 AE71 in to a time attack / hillclimb car. So to start it off i brougnt this car of a lady for $600 and then the stripping started The rear axel was ripped out and sold and a bigger r31 axel and diff purchesed which atm in still lining the mounts up and re welding the mounts on. I then sold the engine and I have a 7mgte in my garage that I'm rebuilding with a forged bottum end better head gasket and new tourqe setting for the head bolts. Right so my Sprinter needs some paint and panel to get it up to where I would like it. I have spent far too much on the running gear for it to be sitting in the shed while I get that sorted. I have been looking for a neat AE71/KE70 to put the running gear into. I have had a couple of close ones where I was just a little too slow with the coin but maybe it is all for the best. Picked this up during the week, local car with only 141,000km. Little bit of surface rust in a couple of places but the normal spots that are bad for rust in these are clear. After looking around for a cheap daily for a while this popped up. AE82 4 door sedan running a stock but cleaned up 4AC to 3 speed auto. Some random wheels with king springs all round (found the receipt for $360!). I'm giving a budget build a bit of a crack with this one - I picked her up for $200, bargain. As the title says, just new owning a AE93 Seca, 5 speed manual, it has the 4AGE engine, still really getting use to the car and learning about it all, it's alot different to my old car (R31 Skyline) Mainly just trying to tidy it up a bit and replace the parts that are needed replacing. so i picked this up a few weeks ago running so terribly it may aswell not have been. And not stopping when it eventually did get going. i paid 800 for it which was probably too much but there is no rust in it anywhere which i thought was a decent win :D i also just wanted one and was sick of looking :P its an 84, 5 speed and its stock as a rock so i can make it all mine. Alright, about the car. I got it off my dad a couple of years ago, a couple of years before that he had been rebuilding the engines at his mates house( there both mechanics) but got married and somehow it got left forgotten rusting in the yard.
