Hi, I have a 75 KE30 Corolla SE Auto which I am trying to get a valuation on for my insurance co. It's in overrated condition with only 47,500 K's on the clock (Genuine) Can anybody help me out with a valuation of what it might be worth? Fast Eddy

New thread. Car looks like this now. So I put an AE93 speedo into my KE70 cluster for the speed sensor mainly to get rid of the CEL. Turns out when I drilled into it to mount it I drilled through the speed sensor connection. D'oh. Fixed, improved and re-installed. The clock has been replaced with a voltmeter and the charge light is no my CEL. I removed the trip meter mechanism to fit the speedo but I think I could make it fit. If I can find another cheap 93 cluster Ill do it at a later stage along with a new perspex screen. Next plan is to install the 9000rpm tacho.

Hi to all...long time since have done much on here.. Many would have seen i had my ke38 van for sale for a while,well time has come that eldest daughter has turned 16 yrs of age and will in the next 12 months or so,need a car. So what better than to rejuvenate the old nanna mobile for her to use..Yes it requires,rust and body work.and is going a colour change with finally a bit of a custom paint job..was meant to do this like 4 years ago..oh well better late than never..Also requires a little bit of mechanical work i e rear brakes etc.. To celebrate finishing uni and stepping into the real world (read: getting a full-time job), I decided to treat myself to a present. Bought it in January this year and have loved every KM driven in it! It's a 1974 KE25 Corolla Coupe Deluxe in "bamboo" aka mustard yellow. Essentially original except for the wheels and a few other minor bits and pieces. - 3K motor with 2 speed 'Toyoglide' automatic When I bought it it had the following: - Reconditioned head - New pistons, rings, bearings, valve grind and gasket kit - Reconditioned radiator - Pedders shocks front and rear with stock height king springs up front - Fatter 22mm swaybar - Full exhaust with extract…

So it's happened. I finally have a ke10. It's rusty, spider infested and crap. but it's mine :blush: After a once over i've discovered it has a 4k in it and ke20 front disks. There's a fair bit of rust and dents and it looks like i'll need new front guards and bonnet and possibly some pateches to weld in. Well time to stat a build log for the KE20 I'm about to start. Plan is to paint it a complete cherry Red as the engine bay already is, creamy white interior (trying to source original), black carpets. Specs: Black Top ITB's 16v 7A-GE Hilux Diff with a 3.9 diff head (or around'a'bouts) Mazda RX7 Front and Rear callipers Car all ready has the hilux diff in it, which is about 50mm shorter overall than standard so can put some nice dish rims on the back. Maybe some SSH meshies or Volk Rays

Recently aquired this gem from albury nsw sight unseen and drove it all the way home (ballarat Victoria) without it skipping a beat and went about getting it up to road worthy spec and making it my own. Hay guys just picked up my new ke20. I didn't have the heart to cut up my wagon so I bought this. It's still a one owner car. It's pretty clean with 64000kms on the clock. Plans are either 13bt or sr20det. Still working out a few things but the aim of the build is a super clean street car. Hey all, this is my Ke26 panel-van as I got it, My plans are to run a 4age setup with a T series driveline, ae86 coilovers, IRS conversion. The whole idea behind this build is to be able to drive it to the track, race it and drive it home. Planning on fabricating some bracing throughout the body as she is a loose old girl. Picked up an RA23 today! Seen it for sale outside someones house as i was driving along and i jumped on it right away. This is going to be my daily driver and hence my 929 is for sale. The car is in stunning condition, 100% orginal with the exception of a CD player which will be moved to the glove box, couple of small pin dents and tiny imperfections in the paint but over all the best car (condition wise) i have ever owned. Interior is overrated, no tears anywhere. Standard console cut however. Original 18R-C, which isnt exactly a powerhouse but it runs beautiful. Hey, thought i'd upload some pics of a project that i've started. I bought the car from a mate for $400 and it didn't start when i first went to pick it up cause of a dodgey starter motor, they got it rebuilt and started first turn of the key. Had some exhaust noise and economy wasn't that great, so about 30 bucks later it was running sweet. During the whole time though it had an oil leak or leaks, so i thought i'd pull it apart and do a gasket and seal change, and also do a auto to manual conversion. Thought it about time I re did the old girl again. Last time was over 20 years ago. This time I'm going down a different path from last time. Previously it was a fully worked 3k and 4 speed that was a real lot of fun. Embarrassed a few V8 Torana's in its day. Now I want Reliability and simple auto driving. And also passing on to my son once on his P's Later this year. Also cleaning up the rust and fitting either a 4ac or 4AGE with a 3 speed auto. So!.... I've had this for a while. A mate of mine said he saw an old corolla his buddy posted and thought I might be interested. Called him and turned out to be a 67' ke10! ????. Long story short, picked it up for a steal and took it to the missus brothers place to store it. I had originally bought the car to use as a doner for my blue 70' ke11 but turns out its a very very straight shell with the normal rust in the spare wheel well and a few tiny spots up front in the sils in front of the door, besides that, I'm stoked! hey ppls, we have recently purchased a 71 ke20, ive never had a corolla before, a few ra28's have been my only Toyota's, but this 1 came up for sale at a "reasonable" price and I couldn't help myself. as you can see from the pics, the engine bay and interior are pretty neat, the passenger seat will be restitched, but I think the cracks in the dash will be staying as can't afford a new 1, carpet in the front is a littlee worn but some new mats will fix that problem, maybe a new front carpet kit might be on the list depending on the cost, I want the car as neat and original as possible, even the original radio works a treat!! my plans are to respray it, new front shocks, …

Well, this is my ke70. It had already been converted to 2 door before I purchased it. I bought it as a rolling shell and was going to put a 4age in it and as a short term project to get her on the track quickly, but things have changed and it has turned into a much bigger project.

So.... I picked up this old girl a couple days ago, 1984 KE70, 90,000km on the clock with a years rego for $500! She's pretty tidy but didn't make the 2 hour drive home without breaking down hah. She hasn't been driven in well over six months because grandma died and the family didn't want to touch her. Basically from what I can gather she just needs a new thermostat and battery at this stage and I need to figure out why shes idling so low despite winding it up so until I figure that out I'm neutral d-dropping from sets of lights haha.. SO MUCH LOVE! (And yes, I am female for those of you wondering)
