Up until now i have not started a thread for my ke25, because it was finished, and there is nothing to write about. But, due to a way too cheap motor option coming up, the ke25 is no longer finished, so here is a quick backtrack of how it got to where it is. :jamie:

My 1968 ke10 corolla.. I bought this car off of ebay not so long ago to have as a project car.. i have been following other peoples threads such as 67rollas and davros ke10 (nice work btw guys) and now I'm gona start my own. At the moment I'm wanting to do a complete resto with a 4age for the donk! I will try to keep as many pics posted as i can going along the way and would love to get plenty of positive feedback to keep me going. Here is the starting point anyway! Oh btw the original engine in the car is for sale for anybody who wants it! it runs well and I'm gona leave it in the car so i can show people it runs! Pm me if interested!

My new barn find, the humpback. My brother mentioned a while back he'd be interested in the 'rolla thing. He'd saved up some money, so I said I'd keep my eyes peeled. That's where the trouble began. I was surfing all the usual car sites and I found the fidy. It's a little tired, drives well two owner machine. It's had a g'box rebuild, callipers, starter and alternator done. My brother is now buying my '35 Plans are to employ some of uncle shadies patented crap remover, fix up the little bits of rust,cut and polish, regas the a/c, get it regoed and then start messing with it. I think , maybe lower with my wagon rims widened and whitewalls. I love UGLY!

So i have finally got myself another corolla and this one is in just as much need of work as what my ke20 was! most of the work on this one is going to be rust repair... i spent the last 2 days cleaning up all the stuff i didnt like about it and am quite happy with the results so far. changed the seats back to stock ones that will eventually be re-upholstered. I also replaced the after market steering wheel with a stock one. removed about 20 metres of unnecessary wiring out of the car, remnants of an alarm system and a stereo system and some other stuff! had to clean up the extra gauges as well and the steering column surround had a bunch of holes d…

I bought this ke20 off ebay, most of you have seen it already. Its mods are: Bigport 4age T50 Locked ke20 diff Haltech Computer Accord seats 16 inch Simmons B45 wheels (8 inch front and 9 inch rear!) Ta22 struts, brakes and LCA Autometer gauges Ford TB and custom intake Basically I'm going to use this car as a daily till i get my ke35 on the road then we will see what happens. It has some problems: brake Master cylinder is stuffed and too small for the ta22 calipers T50 is hard to down shift into 2nd and 3rd gears. Wires need a tidy up and same with the interior. Hey guys Well its been a few years since i have had the privilage of posting on this site as i am now back in the car i should be, A Rolla :dance: I bough this little beast from a guy on this site (Thanks Rob)from melbourne unregoed and got a permit for it and drove it back yesterday. Did it one go 10hrs from Mt Eliza VIC to Berowra NSW and didnt miss a beat :y: No overheating or anything aside from a small start and idle issue which i am getting sorted tomorrow. When I was 17, I bought this as my first car. Paid $600 for it from a mate, spent alot of time and money getting her roadworthy and it was my daily for just over a year until I snapped a valve spring. I replaced the offending spring, but in the process, I discovered that the entire engine is full of crap. No idea how it was still running. It lasted a couple weeks after that until I snapped another spring. Couldn't find a full set of springs at any wreckers so I gave up and parked her in a shed. Hey guys. This is my little '77 ke30 sedan daily drive - Shiro-Bōzu. The name is Japanese for a white spirit. I felt the name to be pretty fitting. I'm the second owner of the corolla, the first was an elderly lady who'd had it since new. The car came with every single service reciept including original purchase papers and only had 76xxx genuine k's on it at the time I purchased it in 2011. It currently has 91xxx on the clock. G'day guys my name is Tom, I am from SA. I am 15 and a half and got my first car yesterday. Its a 1982 corolla luxury edition. Air con, 5 speed manual etc. The lady (60) who i bought it off had almost everything replaced on it so it was all smick. She drove it around the corner to her work and back everyday. Thought I'd start a thread for the beast now that it is starting to gain momentum. Picked her up a few months back and have been fixing it ever since Hence the name moocher.... Cause she definately does not pay the bills.... When I initially got her she was running ok but started to wear out over time. Hey Hey, This is my 5/70 Ke11 SE. The car was sold by Bill McCluskey's River view motors on Coronation Dr, Milton in Brisbane. A lady in Camp hill bought the car on the 22nd of May 1970. The 1000 mile inspection and Pre delivery was done by River view motors and every service after that was done on time at a Shell service station on Cavendish Rd at Coorparoo. I think the original rego was PPJ-859. Nothing radical, I like things to be as factory as possible, with modifications within period, if you know what I mean. One day I decided that I wanted a new Corolla in nice condition. So I picked up the Quokka and saw one for $1800. I knew as soon as I saw it that it was in good condition and came back the next weekend to test drive it. I told the guy that I wouldn't pay $1800 and he dropped straight to $1500 and threw in a CD player... Well thanks to Nick I'm at the proud owner of a KE26 Panel van! Alot of you guys will know this car and know how good it actually is. The car is truly in exceptional condition. Looks to be original 100,000km. Body is fantastic with only a couple dents and no rust apart from very minor surface rust. Interior is amazing with an uncracked dash and dark blue NZ spec interior. Mechanics are good just need a few adjustments here and there. They have been acid dipped and coated in kephos to keep the rust at bay for now.

Before that, i just bought this KE70 from my uncle friend in Pahang, Malaysia with MYR2,000 and got some rusty. First of all, i sent this car to my friend paint and bodywork shop to start my project. During this project, some parts was arrived from Johore, Malaysia such as complete DX Chrome bumpers, new headlamp, tail lamp and some of exterior parts. The project begins. Hey guys, Just thought I'd share my pride and joy with you! I bought this KE70 from a bloke through Ebay in Sunbury. It was one of the straightest KE70's I had seen, so I HAD to have it! I paid $1500, it was a bit pricey but I don't regret it in the slightest. It's beige in colour with 2 thin brown and orange stripes up the sides of the car. It's running a 4k completely stock 4 speed manual. I just recently got a full sports exhaust fitted just this weekend, extractors and 2" whole way through, sounds HEAPS better then what it did. I also chucked on a set of 14" Watanabee rims, sprayed black suit the car quite well. My future plans for it are to get the engin…

I just thought id stick my rolla into the Projects section. Most of you have seen it. But now its finally hit the track and will become a track car. on this page you can see I'm Famous already Bottom right. Here is its first track day captured by a pro. I think i did alright for my first time and on standard street rubber. I bought these 3 days later for the next run in a few weeks, the the other tires where too scary. 6 new tires and 8 spitfire2 rims for $600 how cheap it that:). These tires are around $220 each. I just couldnt pass them up. These rim/tire combo stick out around 1.5 inches out of the front guards so a set of bolt on guards are coming too…
