Hey all I'm just new to this site but i just wanna show yas a few pix of my rolla. Previously i bought a blue KE55 for $650 with 12mths reg and 4 brand new tires. This car ended up gettin a bit battered so i decided to find myself another 55. I came across this yellow one for $200 but the head gasket was gone and it was auto :cool: I transferred the engine and box over, doing the manual conversion in my driveway hehe i couldnt pass it up tho cos it was pretty clean. Ok first things first i had to get rid of those ugly bumpers and put KE30 full chromies on hehe. ($20 each) I also bought brand new headlights and sprayed the rims gloss black. Afew touch ups…

As the title says, just new owning a AE93 Seca, 5 speed manual, it has the 4AGE engine, still really getting use to the car and learning about it all, it's alot different to my old car (R31 Skyline) Mainly just trying to tidy it up a bit and replace the parts that are needed replacing. Well time to stat a build log for the KE20 I'm about to start. Plan is to paint it a complete cherry Red as the engine bay already is, creamy white interior (trying to source original), black carpets. Specs: Black Top ITB's 16v 7A-GE Hilux Diff with a 3.9 diff head (or around'a'bouts) Mazda RX7 Front and Rear callipers Car all ready has the hilux diff in it, which is about 50mm shorter overall than standard so can put some nice dish rims on the back. Hey guys, I thought Id start a build thread of my KE55. Was bought as a rusty old snotbox, but with a good interior, strong 4K, and moderately low kms for its age (159,000). Picked it up for a very nice price with 6 months registration. Originally the car was purchased as a daily, whilst My Soarer is reserved as a weekender. However, the rolla bug bit, and I have started to spend some decent coin on the beast. I got this ke30 1974 mod a few weeks back for money. so i picked this up a few weeks ago running so terribly it may aswell not have been. HEY GUYS, Here is my AE92 Corolla Auto. The car was partly a gift for me , i always wanted a Corolla and was suprised when i was given this one.

We decided to buy yet another 82, this one being very very tidy for its age. The rundown: 85 model CSX. Auto, air, steer. 237000ks. Engine rebuilt at 18****ks - 10 years ago. Very clean interior. New suspension. New cv shafts. New rear muffler. New starter. New rear wheel cylinders etc. I got it with a blown head gasket and found that the cause is a corroded head that overlapped the firing ring on the cylinder, I have another head here at work so it will be cleaned up and put on. The pistons are .5 (.020) oversize and the bores and exceptional.

this is my 1981 KE70 panelvan, bought for nearly nothing off an elderly man. had no modifications apart from a crappy immobilizer that eventually shit itself in the middle of nowhere with only a screwdriver and a pair of pliers to bypass it... also it got defected about a week before the rego ran out, but its all been fixed awaiting a vehicle inspection. this is a photo of what it originally looked like just with black stockys have since done only visual mods (just until it passes inspection {if it passes inspection haha})

So I've decided to start a new build thread for an AE71 Spirit I picked up for a measly $800. It was a fair travel to Taradale, 50kms South of Bendigo, thanks to Evan G for giving me a hand picking it up. She is red in colour, exterior is in alright condition has some rust in the usual places, righthand rear arch, and the boot. The paint could do with a cut and polish some minor paint damage on the front left gaurd, rust is starting to develop. Planning to just sand it back and give it a touch up so it's barely noticeable. *first post* Hullo, names Ben and I live in nth qld, nice to meet you all. Been getting into racing lately, joined a local CAMS club and now want my own rally car. Picked up an ae82 twin cam from a local wreckers for $1000 with only a stripped clutch as a fault. We have stripped it out, built strengthening plates for rollover and half built the roll cage, custom fit racing seats, removed steering lock, mounted harnesses, mounted skid plate and replaced a hd clutch. Rally tires are on with the suspension razed a bit! All the welding and fab is done by me. mechanical is me with huge mechanical knowledge support from Dad. Righto, joining the KE70 club as of tonight :D Just bough myself a bone stock KE70 Sedan that's in very good condition but a few things that need to be attended too. Is meant to be a project car and I'm also gonna drive it during wintertime this year when its snowy and slippery, so the 4K-C should keep up :P Might end up putting a 4A-GE into it cause that would be a lot of fun but I'm not sure i can handle all the technical stuff that comes with that yet.
