Well, I was trying to start cutting down on my cars. Hence getting rid of the sr20 ke36. But I've keeping my eyes open for a cheap ke20 ever since I got rid of my old one. Well just scored my self a white ke20 for a good price. Needs a little bit of work but so do most ke20's. Pick it up over the weekend. Will upload some pics when I pick it up.

Well ladies and gruntlemans, I bought Yota's van, and I'm very happy. Thanks for all the extra bits mate, some will come in handy :D Anyhow, having 340,odd kays on it, there's bound to be some problems. 1: It's running rather hot, sitting at half way on average. So far I've done the following: I gave the system a few flushes because it was running water (rusty at that) not coolant. I tried a bottle of radiator flush but it didn't clean that much crap out, so does anyone recommend something that works well at cleaning out corrosion sludge from the system well? Well i have had this KE30 for about 2 weeks now but have only just made a project topic it has a 4K with a 4 speed gearbox it has run into a bollard we think it has damaged the right front gaurd aswell another incident i think. It is unlicencsened we bought it at auction. Plan is to get it on the road then make it look nice.

well as things have finally worked themselves out, i'll be taking hold of a 5K in the next few week, i just need to pick it up. :D the 3K in my 20 has nothing wrong with it, but i feel she needs some more oomph. the obvious choice would be putting the 5K into the 20, but $-wise it isn't so great. so after some very quick thinking i will be putting the 5K into my 55, along with a k50 box i just pulled out from the parts car. now i'll be left with a mechanically sound 4K and 4spd box, and it'd be a waste to see it sitting in the shed for any lengths of time, so i will be putting it into my 20. the only thing i can think of not fitting are the gear-stick hole, a…

hey all ive been slowly fixing up my rolla and trying to make it slide a bit better i lowered it a fair height on the w/e and put in an adjustable sway bar at the back now all i have to do is find some smaller rims and it will sit at just the right height i have some ae86 struts a front sway bar and a locker diff to go in to, does any one have any ideas what would be the next best thing do get suspension wise let me know what you all think

As most of you know I have a Brown Ae82 seca that was going to get rebuild but after pulling the whole thing apart and trying to paint it, I ran into some bad luck with the weather and Non self motivation. hey guys got myself my first rolla i bought it a few weeks ago and its already put me through hell. its a ke38 p/van with a turbo 4afe fitted, haltech e6k ecu, fmic, shaved windows, jellybean rims, central locking with remote start and mr2 buckets. i got it cheap cause it wasnt running right apparently it needed a tune. things done so far: first thing i did when i got it home was your generaly service plugs, leads, oil the usual then to gccs got a nice alpine headunit fitted and got the central fixed cause the doors werent acctually locking. next off to the dyno where the gremlins came out. ok so after about an hour of tuning ( the tune was completely screwed…

So my boyfriend recently bought me this beasty little ke55 & ive christened her ROSIE th rolla. The first thing i wanted to get out ov th way was th interior - which was standard factory black vinyl & brown carpet. & & By th time i got everything out, she jus looked so bare.. I havent gotten around to th carpet yet, but th interior came up better than id hoped.. It came with no stereo & th wiring was soo dodgey.. but after a few hours & alot ov patience i managed to fit my stereo in & rewire my speakers so that now it actually sounds decent.. Decided to restore a Ke 55 from the ground up and customise it along the way. I've been sitting on this project for a year now. I purchased a 79 in typical fashion, bogged like pork dressed as lamb. She came with a five speed and an engine dumped in the bay. Her black interior was completely removed and stored in the cab along with a spare manifold, radiator and all the bits and bobs you want. While her dash is seamless the rear arches and the usual suspects in bottom corners of the rear glass are present along with the expected rust in the front quarters and a kilo of dirt under each of them.

About a week ago, I saw that KE25 KID was selling his KE25 (complete with bent axle and buckled rim), so I snapped it up on the proviso that I could get the car running as it wasnt running at all. Picked up an RA23 today! Seen it for sale outside someones house as i was driving along and i jumped on it right away. This is going to be my daily driver and hence my 929 is for sale. The car is in stunning condition, 100% orginal with the exception of a CD player which will be moved to the glove box, couple of small pin dents and tiny imperfections in the paint but over all the best car (condition wise) i have ever owned. Interior is overrated, no tears anywhere. Standard console cut however. Original 18R-C, which isnt exactly a powerhouse but it runs beautiful. After the sudden death of my T18 last year, I was left with a void in my life and a brown spot in my lawn that could only be filled by another corolla. Hi all i did have this topic somewhere else because i put it in the wrong spot so i decided to repost it here. This is the ke30 that i bought a few months ago for $20 I have stripped it down completely when i was living on the sunny coast and then moved back to toowoomba and me and a mate pulled the motor and box out, we straightened the radiator saport and painted the enginebay. I have also stripped the pain off the doors guard and boot lid and primed them ready to be painted but they wont get painted until the rest is ready to go.

Hello everyone. Just invested in a new daily while I take the ae71 off the road. Its an ebay special, 90,000klm RA60 ST 2.4l 22RE Auto. It has air con and seems to be in immaculate condition. The auction has just ended and I'm anxiously waiting for the seller to contact me. I can't wait to go and look at it for the first time. I'm planning only a manual conversion and a full service for it. If the tyres are good I'm not going to change the wheels, Ill just have it buffed and tidied up and maybe headers and that's where the mods will end. Plans are to throw all the gear from the beige car into this and get it on the road so that means; - Standard Blacktop 20v with Sam Q water kit and velocity stacks. Also has SP Tec dizzy relocation kit.
