Hey all Many of you already know me from my previous Ghetto Sled Ke70 and everything inbetween. I'm happy I'm back in a ke70 corolla and always told myself I would only come back in a wagon/van, well this weekend I finally found a decent one to restore with minimal rust as it was a car from inland. Reason for buying this as I want a cool project for summer (get me away from gta5) and my E30 chews fuel going from work and back . Here is the new and improved ke30. In malaysia so getting others to work on it is cheap! Don't hate me..... It already had a 4age in with all the running gear from an AE86 ('89). Bargain it was! Hey guys, I am new here, have recently bought this 1972 Corona RT81. Straight with minimal rust, looking to do some mods such as suspension, brake upgrade (to disks), 4agze and so on. First thing I noticed when I bought it was the clutch pedal went to the floor, had to pump it a few time to get it to work. Dale

As everyone must know by now, I love my car... and I post bits and pieces up, but I'm going to consolidate it into one thread... It's a 2001 AE112R Sportivo Turbo (Limited Edition) Aztec Gold I recently put in new JBL splits in the front, and I have a new amp (I'll get pics of those). Picked up an RA23 today! Seen it for sale outside someones house as i was driving along and i jumped on it right away. This is going to be my daily driver and hence my 929 is for sale. The car is in stunning condition, 100% orginal with the exception of a CD player which will be moved to the glove box, couple of small pin dents and tiny imperfections in the paint but over all the best car (condition wise) i have ever owned. Interior is overrated, no tears anywhere. Standard console cut however. Original 18R-C, which isnt exactly a powerhouse but it runs beautiful. Alright, about the car. I got it off my dad a couple of years ago, a couple of years before that he had been rebuilding the engines at his mates house( there both mechanics) but got married and somehow it got left forgotten rusting in the yard. hey I sold my old ke70 because I didn't like the colour so I replaced it with a white one its a 82 ke70 auto, brought it from a guy that just got back from overseas it hadn't been started for 6months (put some fuel in it kicked over first time) and it was living under a tree :hmm: so far I have gave it a bit of a clean still needs a really good clean haven't even got to the interior yet. fixed some rust still got to fix some around the filler cap and the quarter panel. I was meant to get an auto AE71 as the mrs car was going to be taken off the road for a freshen up but this came up cheap so I decided to get it and fix her car up over the xmas holidays. Basic run down: AE71 spirit, 281,000k's, full collection of log books (including the toyota phillips book) and receipts (last 10 years anyway. 4a & T50. 13 x 6 -0 4 spoke wheels (not sure if dragway or not as I haven't looked) aswell as 4 stockies. Cut springs as well as a spare stock set. Bunnings warehouse garden lip. Has rust around the rear end, broken tail light and a missing gutter strip as well as a torn base on the drivers seat. I have owned this for a while now, I'm the second owner. I bought it of the original owner which was a sweet old lady that kept my number for somewhere around the 10 year mark. Car has no real rust in it at all, only very minor surface rust on the front of the car which look like they were caused by stone chips. It has a dent on the drivers front guard, and the vinyl is average. But for a one owner 67 car, I'm pretty happy.. WIll not be doing anything to this. Well, some of you may know this ol girl well, couldnt help myself when i seen it such a tidy car!, Will be getting full factory respray soon and left just like it is, maybe some venetians and sunvisor etc but staying full GRANNYSPEC! such a fun car to drive getting lots of interesting looks on the monash fwy on my , way to work. Thoughts on dropping my 2tg twin sideys and five speed into it for a bit more poke standard 12r is not real happy at 65 mph with the four speed, has anyone put a t series in one, can't imagine it would be too involved? cheers feral.

Had a few ke's before but never a registered one. So taking some parts from my 82 model to fix this APR 84 ive decided to build. Picked this car up from Toowoomba with 225xxxkm's on the clock. Just a little 4k Auto. The interior is just immaculate! I fell in love with it and for $700 I couldn't complain. Log Books and receipts for the last 11 Years. The grandma took good care! Receipts showed she had only done 7000kms in those years and that the car was originally from South Australia. Plans are to get her on the road. Nothing radical, I like things to be as factory as possible, with modifications within period, if you know what I mean. Hey all I have been getting bored awaiting parts from the US for my 2JZ KE20 so i bought back a KE20 i owned years ago and i have started fitting a 1UZFE, it will use a largish frame turbo similar to what i used in a previous 1UZFET Vh commodore i built. So far i have tidied up the seem welded engine bay and applied a base coat of toyota D3 Bamboo of course :lolcry: . The car already had a larger skyline tunnel in it and as hoped it swallows the a340e gearbox without a problem. I am mega excited to be posting about my latest acquisition, a 1967 MS47 Crown wagon. There had been much discussion on the forums and at club meetings about this nice old Crown wagon at Centre Rd Wreckers that needed saving. I didn't think much of it, assuming it was a rusty bugger or in dire straits, if it had made it to the wreckers. Then on a sunny Thursday afternoon, with a does of the CBF's at work, I decided to go for a wander around the wreckers yard to see what was new. It was then I came upon this beauty. I wish......... 1GR-FE ... oneday after the KE10 Beams is done Swapped my Datsun 1200 for a overrated little KE20. Well the plans for it are simple... just clean the body up more, find some overrated stock front seats, peal the sticker bomb off the dash, paint the dash black, find a good condition dash pad, fix all the instruments... Best modification so far was Air horns and twisted the window washer to the side to squirt people haha!

Always wanted a ke20 with a 4age.. so i bought this: (I removed fwd accesories, gearbox,) and this: (Removed guards, bonnet, Pulled 3k and box out, labelled cables, degreased and moved everything out of the way of my bigger donk) Pulled the clutch off, almost new exedy, installed spigot bearing removed wiring loom, manifolds and started nutting out the weirdo cooling system

I have always been a fan ok early Rollas and dfunkt swayed me even more when he started playing with his old 20, so it was only a matter of time before I found something to play wioth once more. After a chat to TE278U (thankyou cheif, bloody legend) I picked up one of his three ke11's he has (I think hes a ke1x man, hes still got 4 of them!) on Saturday and got to work today cleaning it up and throwing a set of rx7 wheels on it I picked up from dfunkts place and got it running. This is my 1978 te51 corolla in Iowa. I'm a new member to the site, and very new to classic imports.I'm sure I will have many questions, but will try to find my answers using the search button. A little info on the car: 1978 te51 I found in the "back row beauties" of a local Ford lot. They told me the original owners wife traded the car off after he passed away.
